Refund policy

Bamboo Splash strive to produce excellent quality products and carefully quality check each piece that is sold to make sure our mommy's and daddy's get the best for their little ones. Please note that all our products are seen as sanitary products and can therefore not be returned or exchanged.  For these reasons products will only be exchanged in the unlikely event of factory defects.  All Bamboo Splash's products have a 6 months guarantee against manufacturing defects. These defects includes: stitching problems, broken/faulty snaps, faulty elastics, delamination of PUL nappies, wood cracks,  and faulty clips.  Please note that the 6 month guarantee is subject to the products being washed and cared for EXACTALY as instructed on the product label. 

In such an instance the client is obligated to send a picture for proof to fun.bamboosplash@outlook.com. Bamboo Splash will reach out to the client to resolve the matter, either by refunding the product or exchanging it for a new one. We may request that the products are sent back to us for quality inspection to better assist you. (The shipping costs to return the products to Bamboo Splash must be paid by the client.)

Return or exchanging of products for the following reasons will not be allowed: 

a) the client don't like the product anymore

b) the client ordered the wrong product

c) the product was damaged after usage
